Our 7 days Returns Guarantee

We operate a "7 Days Guarantee", If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with our items, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days upon receiving the items for the refund or replacement. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified as per customer request.
If customers want to return the items which without quality problem, then customers should pay the shipping cost of returned items and the custom duty which may cause when the returned items imported into China.

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return your products item(s):

• 1. Contact customer service and offer the relevant information of the order.
  (ID of the order, register name, telephone number and e-mail address )
• 2. Describe complete reasons for return.
  If the quantity of what you want to return is not the same with that of what you have ordered, or a few are damaged, please take photos of packaging and practicality of jewelry.
